Fully Furnished and Equipped The apartment is offered fully furnished and equipped with all the necessities. It has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind, including all the basic furniture, electrical appliances and accompanying items you need.
Air Conditioning for Heating & Cooling
In the hall there is a large air conditioner that, together with the air conditioner located in the living room and kitchen, heats or cools all the interior spaces. Both air conditioners are Inverter to cover winter and summer needs.
Washing Machine & Dryer
A smart space has been created on the balcony, in a special construction, that houses the washing machine and clothes dryer.
Solar Water Heater
In the fully renovated bathroom, there is a shower with a cabin and also a solar panel on the roof for plenty of hot water.

The rental apartment in Alexandroupoli is located in the beautiful and quiet area of Santa Rosa, next to the Horizon gas station and right after the Alexandroupoli Camping, on 279 Makris Avenue, on the sea side.

At the back of the building there is private parking for residents and owners, fenced and secure, comfortable and available at all times.
